We want your HAMQIX order to reach you as smoothly as possible. Because products may be fulfilled through different approved fulfillment partners and carriers, processing and delivery estimates can vary by product and destination.
Processing and delivery estimates
The latest available delivery estimate will be shown on the product page, at checkout or in your order information where available. Estimated dates are not guaranteed and may change due to carrier operations, customs processing, peak periods or other circumstances outside our direct control.
Tracking
Tracking information will be shared when it becomes available from the carrier or fulfillment partner. Tracking updates can sometimes take additional time to appear after a shipment is dispatched.
International orders
International shipments may be subject to customs, import duties, taxes or other destination-specific charges. Unless checkout states otherwise, any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
